3. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the furniture and interior products available on our site. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details will be 100% accurate, complete, or free of errors.

• Material Variations: Natural materials such as wood, marble, and leather have inherent variations in grain, texture, and color. These variations are characteristics of premium natural materials and do not constitute a defect.
• Pricing Updates: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services at any time.
• Availability: All products are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that all items displayed on the website will be in stock at our factories or showrooms.

4. Custom Manufacturing and Orders

As a leading furniture manufacturer with distinct production divisions, we offer bespoke and custom-made interior solutions. The following conditions apply to all custom manufacturing orders:

• Approval: Custom designs, dimensions, and material finishes must be signed and approved by the client prior to the commencement of production.
• Modifications: Once production has begun at our factories, changes to custom orders may incur additional fees or may not be possible.
• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate the manufacturing of bespoke items.

5. Delivery and Installation

Khaled Art prides itself on end-to-end service, which includes professional delivery and installation by our skilled team.

• Timelines: Delivery dates provided are estimates only. While we strive to deliver on time, external factors may occasionally cause delays.
• Site Readiness: It is the client's responsibility to ensure the site is ready for installation. If our team arrives and the site is unprepared, rescheduling fees may apply.
• Inspection: Upon delivery and installation, the client must inspect the products. Any damages or defects must be reported to the installation team immediately on-site.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. However, due to the premium and often bespoke nature of our furniture, returns are handled strictly under the following guidelines:

• Custom Goods: Custom-manufactured items, tailored dimensions, or specific upholstery choices cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
• Standard Goods: Standard showroom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition. A restocking fee may apply.
• Defects: In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, Khaled Art reserves the right to repair or replace the item at our discretion before issuing any refunds.
